Olga M. Giner, Vice President of Sales

In the following years at BellSouth she worked as a Premier Account Manager handling accounts such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and later as a 2nd Level Manager working on the Metro Dade County account.

Olga joined ACGI in October of 1999, as a National Account Manager. In December of 2003 Olga was promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales. In this position, she manages a number of existing AT&T Solution Providers under our Master Solution Provider Agreement with AT&T, as well as working to recruit new ones. She also manages our headquarters office in Miami.

Her knowledge of the communications industry is based on real world, practical solutions, specializing in Internet, Carrier Access and WAN applications.

Doris J. Hurwitt, Chief of Operations

Doris is a former Music Teacher turned Chief of Operations. She joined ACGI in January of 1999 when it became apparent that her inherent Math and organizational skills where sorely needed.

Her ability to organize the Operations enables a small team of people to accomplish incredible success. Her knowledge of the compensation system is second to none and highly respected by the managers in that department and greatly appreciated by those who count on her to track every dollar.

Space does not allow us to tell all the stories but our subagents and referral partners tell us regularly that working with Josie, Heather, and Diane to process and track orders is a true delight.

Bio of Elliot Hurwitt & History of ACGI


In April of 1981 Elliot Hurwitt began working for Southern Bell Telephone Company as a Services Technician. Over the next 14 years he held the following positions: Directory Advertising Sales Representative (Yellow Pages); an Account Executive and Sales Manager selling key and PBX systems; and finally, a Sales Manager and Premier Account Manager in the Network Marketing Department selling voice and data services.

In 1995 he went to work for Intermedia Communications, the largest CLEC in the BellSouth territory at the time, as a National Account Manager. In 1997, he sold over $2.2 million in annual billed revenue and was the number one sales person in Southeast Florida, and ranked number 2 or 3 in the company nationwide.


In July, 1998, he joined Telecom Engineering Consultants, Inc. as a National Account/Sales Manager to head up their BellSouth ASR (Authorized Sales Representative) program. As a result of his sales achievements, TEC soon reached Gold Partner status.

In January of 2001, Authorized Communications Group, Inc. was certified as an Authorized Agent for BellSouth and the company quickly reached Silver and Gold Partner status ranked number 2 agent in BellSouth for 2003, exceeded only by a agent with some 250 to 300 door to door sales people.

In December of 2003 ACGI was named BellSouth's first Master Agent. Under this trial program, ACGI took over the responsibility of mentoring, training, and managing some 35 - 40 existing partners. An RFP type selection process was used.

2006 Partner AwardACGI has consistently ranked in the top 10 and attained a Platinum Level in 2006.
