COMPLETE CHOICE® FOR BUSINESS

This package offers the AT&T customer who uses Business Lines the opportunity to purchase these lines in a package which can usually save money, and also allows you to enjoy some really great features at no additional cost. The packages start at one line and go up to nine lines. However, you may purchase multiple packages to reach the number of lines needed.

FEATURES

HUNTING - Each package beginning with 3 lines includes one LESS hunting than the package size, i.e. a 9 line package includes up to 8 lines in hunting. If you combine packages or need more hunting, it can be added for a small fee.

Enhanced Caller ID with Anonymous Call Rejection - This feature allows you to see the name and number of the calling party (requires a phone with a Caller ID display). If they block their number, you can block their calls by turning on Anonymous Call Rejection. They get a recording telling them that you do not accept calls if the caller intentionally blocks their number.

Remote Access to Call Forwarding - This feature allows you to forward calls from any any phone in your office or from a remote location using a PIN code. This is a must for Disaster Recovery and is recommended for your main number and your fax in case you ever need to redirect your calls. Includes ability to forward from telephone on premise.

Three Way Calling with Transfer -
This feature allows you to initiate a 3 way call by placing the first call on hold using the flash hook and then adding another. When you receive a call, you can transfer that call to another party. This is a great feature when someone leaves the office and you want to send a call to them on their cell phone. Once the call is connected, you may hang up at any time and your line will be free to take another call while the parties continue their conversation that is "bridged" in the Central Office. When you put the caller on hold, they cannot hear your conversation with the person you are transferring the call to, so they can privately tell you if they don't want to take the call.

Call Return -By dialing *69 on your phone, Call Return enables you to identify and call back your last caller.

Repeat Dialing -
This feature automatically dials the last busy number you dialed and continues to do so until that line becomes available. When the line is available, you receive a special ring to tell you to pick up your phone to complete the call.

RingMaster I & II- This feature gives you either one or two extra telephone numbers that will point to another telephone number. In a small office, you can use this feature to give out a different fax number. Most new fax machines can be programmed to answer the double "distinctive" ring. It can also be used to alert the caller, with a double or triple ring, that the person calling has called your 800 number. Now you can know when that call is costing you money, and be alerted if your employees are abusing the company's toll free business number. Also, by using a RingMaster number in your advertising, you can more easily evaluate the effectiveness of your advertising.

Speed Calling 8 or, 30 -
This feature allows you to use 3 digit codes to speed dial up to 30 numbers. Most phones have speed dialing built in, but you can use this feature from any phone that shares this line, so you may find it helpful to put in those 800 numbers that your employees need to use on a regular basis.

Call Block - This feature allows you to block up to six (6) telephone numbers from calling your number. When a blocked number tries to call, they will not get through and your phone will not even ring.

Call Tracing - This feature allows you to send an annoyance call to the authorities. After two confirmed traces of the same number, the Annoyance Call Center will work with law enforcement authorities to take the appropriate action to end the annoying calls.

Call Selector - This feature provides a distinctive ringing pattern (short, long, short), for up to six specific numbers on a screening list. Know when your most important customers are calling.

Additional Listing - You can have an additional listing in the White Pages with your name or D.B.A. Law firms usually list the attorneys by name using this service. One free.

Foreign Listing - You can have an additional listing in a nearby directory, e.g. you are in Ft. Lauderdale, but would like to be listed in the Miami directory also. One free.

Fast Access DSL Savings -
When you subscribe to Complete Choice, you also save $5 a month on your Fast Access DSL services.

VoiceMai l- Add voice mail for only $9 a month (a $3 savings off the regular price). Also the features that you will need for MemoryCall such as, Call Forward Busy / No Answer are included in the Complete Choice Package. You may also wish to add Message Waiting Indicator - Audio & Visual for no extra charge. This feature causes a "stuttered" Dial Tone and or lights up a lamp on your phone, if your phone has this feature.

Unlimited Long Distance Plans - Please call for information on Unlimited (Outbound) Long Distance Calling plans that are available with Complete Choice. NEVER worry about your Long Distance bill again to calls anywhere within the U.S. or its territories. Also, for those who mainly make toll calls within their LATA (see the front of your phone book for a map of the LATA) BellSouth offers an Unlimited IntraLATA plan as well.
