DEDICATED SUPPORT TEAM

We have a dedicated support team in the Vendor Service Center to place our orders. These folks are hand picked after years of experience. They are the best of the best.

CUSTOMIZED ONLINE ORDERING TOOL

Our company uses a customized version of the SAMS ordering system that allows us to track everything that happens to every order and coordinate the installation with our support folks. Every time the order is "touched" we are informed.

This system allows for great communication between our company and AT&T support folks. They love it. It also allows us to track every order to be sure that all commissions are paid in time and accurately.


LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS

ACGI enjoys a long history with the AT&T employees that we work with daily. Our Sales Manager, Raul Martinez, and our Associate Vice President, Russ Kane, were both hired by Elliot Hurwitt and worked for him as Account Executives at BellSouth back in the mid 1980s. Our Sales Engineer also worked for him.

As a Sales Manager he had a close working relationship with Estelle Conover, the General Vice President for the AT&T Southeast Solution Provider sales channel as well as David Scobey, the President of AT&T Southeast.

While we would never presume to use these relationships inappropriately, it's a small world, and what comes around really does go around.
